£60 per 10 classes (1 term) paid in advance. ***cash only***
Insurance
£20 per year (covers classes and regional competitions) [STANDARD]
£41 per year (only necessary for competitive members; covers national and international competitions) [COMPETITIVE]
Fees are paid in advance every term (once every 10 weeks/classes) at a cost of £60 .
If your child starts part way through a term then the fees will be equal to the amount of weeks left in the term (£6.00 per week). Cash only please, we do not accept cards or cheques.
Insurance is paid once a year at a cost of £20 (competitive squad £41) . This must be paid before your child starts at the club and even if they start part way through the year then the £20 must still be paid as it runs September to September.
Due to new data protection, parents/guardians must now register their child’s details online with British Gymnastics themselves.
We ask parents to re-enrol their children approx 2 weeks before the end of term. A note will be sent home with children informing you of dates of term and fees due and we will also post all the information on Facebook. If you are late re-enrolling your child and haven’t made any contact with us then unfortunately we cannot keep their place open as we have so many children on all our waiting lists eager to join the club.
All new gymnasts must have their fees and insurance paid in full on the first day of starting the club before the child is allowed on the floor. BGC do not offer trial days.
Club Attire
We do not ask that your child gets a club leotard until they have been with us for at least one full term, to insure they want to stay and save you wasting money! Leotards can be ordered from us at a cost of £35 (inc shorts) and we usually have a good amount in stock. Leggings/tracksuit bottoms and a t-shirt is suitable in the meantime. Please, no jewellery or watches and hair tied back for health and safety reasons.
Family members and Spectators
A spectator gallery is provided overlooking the main hall. There is no provision for parents or spectators in the main hall.
